Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Each Out West Prints item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color, or change-of-mind purchases.
Please review your size, color, quantity, and shipping address carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot make changes to the size or color.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to send a replacement for the same product and size originally ordered.
Out West Prints is not responsible for incorrect sizes, colors, quantities, or shipping information submitted at checkout.
Sizing
Sizing information and measurements are included in each product listing and sizing chart. Shirts are currently available in sizes S–2XL.
Because all sales are final, we strongly encourage you to review the Out West Prints sizing chart and double-check your measurements before ordering.
